Large and well organized garden furniture shop. Mostly into aluminum furniture made by Life and others. Great collection! Very friendly service, staff provides plenty information and is not pushy at all. Good implementation of the Corona social distancing measures as well.

In the store itself we have been very well and informatively helped. Nice and motivated staff. However, after delivery of the ordered goods, the parasol base of natural stone was damaged. After complaints and reporting this damage, we were not able to exchange it for an undamaged All these contacts go through the head office so without the knowledge of the people from the Venlo shop. The only option that was offered is a meager 25 euro fee. Their response! supplying another foot is likely to produce the same complaint, and this will incur a fee of 25 euros, but a new foot will cost 160 euros. Now three weeks later we are still waiting for the reimbursement. the people in the store deliver top work, but the head office is failing. We have now purchased the garden set with 6 stainless steel chairs and hard stone table elsewhere.

Beautiful shop, within 10 minutes found what we were looking for: a fantastic corner sofa for under the roof. Nice tight, deep seat, straight and firm cushions. Many times better than those weak gnome benches of the Gamma. Delivered quickly only there was 1 wrong pillow, which was just a shame. Otherwise perfectly fine.
