Long waitng time. Expensive.

Very unprofessional and anything but customer friendly. Due to circumstances having to switch to another pharmacy. Now I had i.v.m. a serious ear infection medication needed so my doctor sent (due to the circumstances) the prescription to my old pharmacy (closer). Here I was told because I had unsubscribed she did not deliver to me anymore. Only it was the GP assistant who had to tell me this (while I was waiting at the desk). No one dared to tell me this in person apparently, I have never experienced this before. This is what you get when a "service pharmacy" is run by people who make something personal from business.

Customer-friendly, uses corona measures. If you can also get medicines from the safe, you will receive a code. Beautiful spacious case.

What a worthless pharmacy very long waiting times and medicines that are reimbursed by CZ, you will not receive at this pharmacy and they want to give you another medicine despite the fact that my doctor put it on with medical necessity. So this pharmacy puts itself above a doctor or doctor. Also, if you say that you have a medical need from the owner of the pharmacy, you get a very big mouth that makes you uncomfortable, so I advise everyone to take another pharmacy because at this pharmacy you will be helped rude and not be taken to health of the patient ----- ______________________________________________________ 2. I remained calm in the beginning, but when you did not want to listen to me, I did not stay polite after your big mouth. I called the cz and explained everything and what the cz writes and the policy is correct, but in my situation this is different because I have already tried more than 10 different medicines and I had the same side effect on all medicines and this medicine that I have now works well without side effects and it is reimbursed by the cz they wonder why you are so difficult and you should look at the health of the patient and not have to experiment further. but you had no ears for this despite the fact that the cz is behind me that I should just get these medicines. So you also stand above the CZ. if this had been discussed before and you had listened to the patient, this would not have been necessary, but now it is too late. So it is not about the health of the patient.

Very good pharmacy. Quickly friendly and inexpensive. Much better than in Germany. The staff are all very friendly and courteous
