Of course, just outside the warranty period, the thermostatic valve of my rain shower broke. Then asked if it was necessary to mount a new one. Then I received an email that a new interior was delivered to me completely free of charge. Which was also received within 4 working days. Top service

Ordered a fountain for the toilet online because they had a very small one that is almost not available, the accessories that belong to it also ordered, tap, drain pipe, siphon etc. We received our order quickly, but only the fountain, called with customer service, quickly accessible, helpful and friendly. Turns out it shipped in two packages and the second package is still on the way. Fine then we wait another day and indeed the day came the rest. Top!

Incredibly bad service. At the beginning of the month I ordered a shower enclosure and when it did not arrive I contacted the company. He indicated that something had gone wrong with the delivery and that they would send the package again. This has been said 3 times and never has someone rang the doorbell or a note was left. After the third time called myself, after which I would be called back. I did not receive a call, but immediately afterwards I received a message that the product was offered, but I was not at home. Very special, since I work from home and have not had any appointments outside the door. The amount would be refunded. Then placed an order again with a different delivery address under the guise of: persistence wins. Then the monkey came up. The product will not be back in stock until October. Really really bad to lie to new customers.
