Top service
I came up with a problem. A gift card that should contain 50 euros was empty, no amount. Card already given as a gift to spend on another quantity. What a bad feeling when you are at the till and you cannot take anything with you. And you feel ashamed. Looked up the receipt plus a photo of the barcode. Unfortunately that is not enough, apparently the card must be present to read. This one is elsewhere in the country. First incur costs to get the card back to me so that I can travel again in the hope that it will be resolved.
in the shop, friendly assisted by the staff in choosing a floor, everything ordered 2 months in advance and on the day they would come to lay it they fail. made a new appointment and waited all morning. unfortunately no one came and they did not hear from them
A young man from the carpet department provided a super service as it should be helping in the car lifting everything and super boy thumps up
