Good service they helped finding a matress and bed and all and even throwed in 15% discount what else do you want. Clean place. Prices arent to bad for the quality that u get.

What a bad service, bought mattress Tempur. On the advice of the seller. Never bother your back, perfect heat regulation, etc etc. Unfortunately everything is right if you do NOT use the mattress. Made several attempts to find a solution. I have been notified several times via the website that I will be called back within 3 working days. I am still waiting. Ultimately own the Customer service reached. And it says that you have to go to the store, but making an appointment at the store is only possible for new customers. (Corona Rules) Not for warranty handling or exchange. Until then, you just have to see how you make it. In summary, an expensive mattress that you do not sleep on. And no prospect of a solution. My advice: don't buy from Beterbed!

Waiting for more than 4 weeks for my order. But according to Better Bed it is due to mail (who have not yet received anything from Beter Bed) drama advice is not to order anything online

Beter Bed delivered our bed on Monday. We bought it in Meppel. The delivery was superrrrr, nice employees from Hoogeveen. Neat and helpful. We are very satisfied with our bed and with the service! We certainly recommend Beter Bed. A happy customer.
