3 weeks ago we ordered a TV cabinet from bedsleeuw. An appointment was made for this 4 times for delivery, the delivery was canceled twice by them, the third time it turned out that the driver had broken the furniture? When making appointment 3, we said that we were not home until the afternoon on Thursday, they insist on delivering in the morning and are irritated that there is no one there. We will arrange for someone to be home, if they do not come. 4th time same story, deliver when the customer says they are not there. They promise to call you, but don't call back if you want to meet. So as far as I'm concerned, order once but never again. Not customer friendly, just have to wait and see if I still get my product at all and in what condition ..

45 min aan de lijn voordat ik eindelijk iemand aan de lijn krijg ‘ althans dat dacht ik want ik ging van 10 min wachten naar 6 en van 6 min naar 10 toen was ik de eerst wachtende en zou ik gelijk geholpen worden maar ook daar NOOIT geholpen je komt er gewoon niet doorheen. Zoveel spijt dat ik niet eerst reviews heb gelezen had een hoop tijd gescheeld. Chaotische bedrijf hoop dat ik mijn aankoop ooit zal ontvangen. Had liever het dubbele betaald dan hier een bed te kopen, klantenservice zeer maar dan ook zeer slecht.

Do not keep appointments, the bed is shaky, 3 appointments have already been made for a new appointment, and staff who themselves do not even know how to assemble the box spring, the customer service of the tax authorities can be reached even better than these amateurs said don't do it !!!! Spend your money elsewhere

What a horrible company. Failure to fulfill agreements on delivery up to four times. And then act indignant when you are informed the night before that they will be on your doorstep the next day and it really does not suit you. No understanding or cooperation from these people. Truly a company with a service of nothing.
