I went for a new gas spring for my Steelcase chair and left with a well adjusted seat, no new spring and no cost. With a cup of coffee and a nice conversation. A very hard to find part for my Herman Miller chair arranged within 5 minutes and I could also collect it immediately. You will also be welcomed with a big smile. Top service and more than recommended to do business with!
