There were some missing screws with the package as it was open before, but after 10 days I received a some new ones

Great Customer service!

Coffee table ordered which was delivered too late and broken. Then I have to take the broken furniture to a parcel point, where I find out that I have received the wrong shipping label. All in all, a drama coffee table A week after returning, still nothing, while we have always informed customer service (for example about the wrong shipping label).

Super help! Fast delivery, unfortunately with the wrong screws. This was quickly and kindly remedied by customer service: the day after we already had the new screws at home + a nice present for the inconvenience. Would order there again tomorrow!

Unfortunately we have bad experiences with this company. We ordered a dining table in July 2020. This was to be delivered at the beginning of September. Shortly before delivery informed by mail that it was two weeks later. Table would be delivered. Driver sees that the wrong chassis has been given to him. Everything back with you. Next day delivery again. Again an incorrect chassis. This time it was not the driver who saw it, but we ourselves when we put it together. You have to do that yourself when you order something online. I will not go into details because then it will be a very long story, but the table was with us for more than two weeks before it was picked up. Once it was picked up we were called 2 more times by a technician from the manufacturer who wanted to come by for the table (?!?) The table had been re-ordered for us and with a compensation so we were glad it was fixed and went Again wait until 17 Dec 2020. Contacted last week to be sure about the delivery and I was told that it would certainly be week 3 2021. I called just a little too early on the phone according to the lady, if I had waited until Dec 7 they would have informed me afterwards. After I asked if she thought it was a bit short 10 days in advance, I was told that they simply cannot work any differently with the thousands of orders they have. I had an incredibly unpleasant telephone conversation with this lady. Addition 10-12-2020. The company responds to my review with the facts of what happened. Our bad experience is of course about how the company deals with the actual situation. Not good communication, impersonal, etc. By the way, nobody has tried to call me because I have not missed any calls. Unfortunately ...
