Unfortunately a very bad experience with Ambifloor! We noticed immediately upon entering that we were hardly looked after. From the first moment I felt that they thought we could not afford their products. When we asked for help and asked for a price, the seller took a book, threw it on the table and said we could find the prices there. No help, no information, we had to check it out ourselves. Very stupid of them, because we then placed an order elsewhere for 2000 euros. Their loss!

Bad communication with owner when we had our floor installed. Owner himself had little interest in his work. Seemed to take on too many jobs and couldn't take that anymore. Never again to this company for floor or whatever.

After the perfect experiences of last year when we bought insulating window coverings and anti-hay fever screens (highly recommended!) From Ambifloor, we have of course gone back now that we want to renovate our wooden floor. And again we are very positive about Gerwin van Vliet and his team. No effort is too much. To get a good impression of the end result on a large surface, 2 oak panels have been specially processed for us in 3 different ways. We have a few weeks to take a look at how it is and to see what the light does with the different versions. Ambifloor will also relieve us completely when the time comes: our living room will be evacuated, the furniture will be stored for as long as possible, the floor will be renovated and finally the furniture will be returned and put in its place. Top! We don't have to worry about it. Ambifloor has only one drawback: there are far too many beautiful products in the showroom! I have seen beautiful curtains again ...

We have had a completely new floor installed, so from removing the old floor / pouring foam concrete / underfloor heating to PVC floor. Ambifloor tried to move as flexibly as possible in our wishes / requirements. For example, at the last minute we asked for a plasterer and this was also planned in time. Is all slightly more expensive but all the work is excellently executed, we are more than satisfied! Excellent service and great in keeping appointments.

No non-binding advice as promised! At this store, for example, people only come home to think along with complicated curtain constructions after you have first assured them to become a customer of them. Owner presents himself nicely, but deliberately withholds information, talks about mistakes of his staff and other misunderstandings. Money is clearly the most important motive: offering a very good invoice discount, but then towering 'assembly costs' (in which advice time, travel and measurement costs are settled again). We got a very bad feeling about this method and luckily we were helped more normally at other specialty shops and also for less money.
