The best place to find your kitchen
I never write reviews .. this is my first ..
But here is also a well deserved!
Mostly built my kitchen myself. Removed worktop, inner cupboards, plinths and handle strips from i-Kook. Despite the fact that I started working with it myself, I still had class guidance during assembly and processing! Often on the phone for one or the other. Always neatly spoken to, thinking along, time and attention for the customer. If something wasn't right, it was neatly resolved.
Result: A modern, attractive kitchen for an acceptable price.

You know what kind of kitchen you buy there. Good service . Qualified employees.
Awesome! Taking time, properly assessing what I like, friendly and pleasant price! Only at the beginning, when drawing and calculating a price.
BUT THEN .... something is going wrong, too busy, too little time that the kitchen is not properly measured. With the result? Or chop the outer wall ... not an option. Or narrow the door frame to the utility room ... rather not, but something has to be done.
I-Kook has repeatedly been reminded that the outer wall runs out, runs inwards. Ignored with the shameful result that there is a big gap between the counter top and the window frame. Throughout this story extra costs arise for the contractor, who I wanted to tell on I-Kook ... first reaction? "I already compensated you with that extra piece of counter top". To howl I-Cook! Shame on you. Finally, to pay part of the bill and to take another 4 weeks to do so ...
What started so nice and positive ended up being zero.
