Disappointed ..... Beautiful showroom, helped several times by Tina and what we really liked is that the kitchen is not forced on you. However. Hassle when placing and installing the kitchen. A custom-made appliance cabinet (read: expensive cabinet) was not properly custom-made by the factory. The technician adjusted the cabinet himself on the spot. Well done but a shame that sawing is done in an expensive cupboard. There was also a lot of minor damage on the inside of the cabinets. I took pictures and reported this immediately to Eigenhuis, as is required to do this within a certain time. Then you expect a response, right? Well, no response. Called the back myself and I was told that everything has been re-ordered and will be replaced in a few weeks. Without consulting us! Well, I don't think so! We had opted for a thick natural stone top, which would be delivered and installed five days after installation of the kitchen. That sheet is on it and cannot be removed. So they ordered everything for nothing (and where it is now, no idea, we never received it?). Very sorry! Why not just in consultation with "the customer"? After purchasing your kitchen, you no longer have anything to do with Satink. They are apparently part of Eigenhuis Kitchens, but that was not told when purchasing. If we had known that, we would not have chosen Satink: we like to have one point of contact from start to finish. The dishwasher does not work as desired: the lower rack retracts when you pull it out, so you cannot pack properly. And the twist didn't. I had to chase this again. A mechanic came. The twist turned out to be not (properly) connected during installation (?). So it works now. And the dishwasher, well they couldn't do anything with it, I had to call AEG for that. Uhhh, okay, on to AEG. The AEG technician comes, looks, and says: sorry I'm going to refer you back to Satink. The dishwasher door is installed incorrectly. They have screwed the door (the front) on and this is not necessary, because this is a sliding system. The best man was outside again with 5 minutes. And what does that mean for us? At the back again and again extra unnecessary holes in our (quite expensive) wooden fronts. We received the kitchen on November 30, 2020 and we are still working on 'solving'. So we have been busy with it for 3 months. We are disappointed in Satink. We have to go after everything ourselves, aftersales that is. After signing, they are no longer involved. An allowance is really in order. Or a phone call saying "Sorry, we didn't do it right" would have been nice. We do not recommend Satink, while we had a good feeling when purchasing. That is such a pity! We think that if they keep everything in-house (installation, planning, service) things would go much better. You have to pay the total in advance (quite weird). We do not recommend this, because in case of problems you will be left empty-handed (and wallet). Anyway, in good faith and because we were helped nicely, we paid in advance. Our confidence has been damaged.

Our experience at Satink kitchens is very positive. A smooth, spontaneous young man named Jay helped us sort out our kitchen. Nothing was too much for this seller. Once again he came up with new insights and ideas, something that we find important when choosing a dream kitchen. In short, so far we have a very good experience with Satink kitchens. Now we have to wait until the kitchen is installed, we are very curious about the end result. The kitchen will be installed at the end of May, after which we will post the photos of the end result.

After a number of years our halogen spotlights break in the kitchen, 3 lights at once and this after regular replacement small spots become too hot so that the heat cannot escape and they crack okay, since this is the LED era I asked Satink were also available in LED. No, we could choose another awning with adapted recessed spotlights, as this supplier no longer existed. Costs were well over 300 euros and break work. Searching at home for on recessed led for kitchen and the first link we saw the same spotlights in led appeared for 27.95 each with transformer with the same built-in depth and hole size. A little more effort and service on your part would have kept you a customer, but now adios Satink for you 10 others, that 300 euros and more will give you another but not us.

We bought our second kitchen at Satink in November 2019. Very satisfied with the whole process. Extensive time was taken to make everything to our liking. Delivery neatly as agreed. After six months, the paint layer was peeling off two fronts. Reported this and within a day there was an appointment to deliver it again. 2 weeks later they were neatly replaced by a technician. In short, great service! Very happy with our kitchen to this day.
