Been 2x to get information to order separate fronts for our kitchen. The first time was told that this would cost roughly € 1500/2000. Second time here to get things going and to arrange this. The seller indicated that this might cost € 2500/3000. But I send everything to head office and they have to make a decision about whether this is possible ..... we would receive a telephone response after 5 days, until now still waiting for a response. Our experience at this location, that you are not treated seriously as a customer here.

First conversation was very professional, we wanted the kitchen we wanted, the price he passed on was, according to him, the lowest price in the Netherlands, they gave me that guarantee, the price that was passed on was over 6000 euros while the same kitchen, the exact same kitchen was bought. could be included places for over 2750 euros less, then called and there they say casually that I will get the kitchen there, then you are crazy that you will buy it from us. The sale of the kitchen was no problem indicated that we will enter our new home on a certain date. Delivery before that date no problem ..... until it actually has to be delivered you will receive an email that it will be delivered 2 weeks after moving 8 phone calls eventually after getting very angry delivered on time ..... now we are half a year later refrigerator broken well can happen so calling indicated that I do not have a refrigerator well then I will report it urgently, says the gentleman the phone .... you already feel it coming urgently meant at their 1.5 week before someone ever comes to make the fridge .... And that with 28 degrees .... final conclusion is the 1st conversation is good and you are helped well, but after drawing it gets less quickly
