terrible service I was interested in a product, asked for a quote and asked to solve one question: how much does the product weigh?. After sending 4 emails, still no response. On the week after, I called in. The product had dissapeared. Employee Jamie Dijk tells me he will send me a quote for a similar product. Never heard of him again. I had to call in 3 more times to finally get the employee Jamie Dijk on the phone and send me the new quote. He sent me a quote for a product 100€ more expensive than the original one. I waisted one and a half week chasing them trying to buy a product. Didn't buy the new, more expensive, quote. Terrible experience.

Delivery was late and delivery service delivered the goods in the wrong street 1KM away only received a photo of the place where the goods were delivered and had to figure out myself to pick them up.

Set-up racks purchased from Kruizinga Unpacked at home and put on the pellet Both as crooked as a hoop. Reported this and I was a bit disappointed: did you perhaps tighten them too hard with a lashing strap? While they are transported home in the car. Doubting whether I was telling the truth and not doing it myself. !! Lousy. I did get a € 20 discount on the curved racks. I needed two more, this time making sure they were straight. On delivery, the forklift driver had to pick up 4x new racks before we had a straight one. All the same curvature in the same places. Maybe not 497 of those things together Stack an idea ?? They are great for firewood storage & there is just a pellet on top. The ladies on the other hand super nice and the 👍🏻️was👍🏻 And coming back to Kruizinga's response I already exchanged them !!! MAYBE REVIEW GOOD READ AN IDEA? !!!
