Long wait
Very bad, not really worth a star

Find lost prescriptions, faxes that do not arrive even though they are confirmed
Saying that medicines are in stock and when you pick them up (which you also agreed) and you have had to wait very long, they are not there.
Get a different brand for the same drug with every repeat prescriptions ... etc, etc.
