Last week I ordered a puzzle via the attraction website, which would be available in the store today. According to the attraction store employee (Zevenaar) my order had not yet arrived, but I saw the same puzzle in the store. I wanted to take the puzzle with me, but that was not possible according to the employee, I have to wait until the order comes from the website. That's ridiculous, attraction is attraction and it cannot be that I have to wait more than expected to get a product while the product is in the store. Kruidvat has won a new regular customer in Zevenaar today, that's for sure.
