Best garden furniture ever - you must have it.
The furniture is good, but the customer service is so bad that I would no longer opt for products from 4SO and advise against buying them.
The advertised 5 year guarantee is fake. The company has not been able to replace my damaged pillow for several months.
after having had bad luck with the wood of our garden furniture several times, this has been resolved several times, very friendly, fast and well helped by Jeroen (employer can be very happy with him!), what they promise, old-fashioned service such as you can expect it, but unfortunately it no longer occurs.
You notice that this is a company that goes for the long term and wants to build a reputation for high-quality garden furniture.

A week after delivery I flopped on the couch, way too hard ... broken on the side. 1 phone call with 4 seasons outdoor and an appointment with a technician was made immediately. The mechanic who came by was friendly and made the couch in no time. What a super service!
Thank you 4 seasons outdoor! I can again enjoy the beautiful weather on my couch!
