Haven't seen anything yet, but I'm going to visit lock down

I was in dire need of a new bed and had wanted a box spring for quite some time. After several weeks of researching over the internet and a day of physically visiting shops, my girlfriend and I ended up at Budget Home Store. The store is nicely decorated and there are many beautiful things for the complete interior. The bed department is located on the first floor, where a wide selection of beds and box springs can be found. After some lying on various box springs, an extremely friendly employee came to watch and advise. The advice was very personal and there was no intention of selling behind it. Something that I have experienced as very pleasant. The choice for the box spring was quickly made and after some switching of toppers in the shop on the box spring, the choice was also made for the topper. I wanted a topper on another bed for the sake of this better lay. I found the service of the sales employee to be excellent. It was her first week, however, this was not noticeable. The employee is an asset to the team. Because of COVID-19, the delivery took a little longer than usual, but the delivery took place faster than initially thought. The delivery went according to agreement and was brought up two high. Assembling the box spring was easy with an assembly folder. I am very happy with the box spring. I can't remember sleeping so well on a bed. It is an eye-catcher for the bedroom and the price-quality ratio is excellent. Upon delivery, my girlfriend and I found out that the standard topper was not included. For this my girlfriend and I went back to the store. This was immediately handled well and the same employee who had helped us found it very strange. The supplier was immediately contacted and there was the error. For the sake of the supplier did not consider it necessary as an extra topper was included, the standard topper is not included. This has been paid for. After some research by the employee, the topper turned out to be worth EUR 100. The employee asked whether we would also be open to compensation by means of a refund or whether the topper should still be delivered. The compensation amounted to EUR 30 and we found this to be too little. Meanwhile, several employees were involved in the situation and the employees advised to sell the standard topper. Perfectly advised in this too!

We went to Budget Home Store XXL in Nijmegen looking for a coffee table. Upon arrival, we were immediately offered coffee or tea and we first went to look around in the beautiful spacious store. We quickly saw a table and were clearly and fully informed by the seller (Melvin) after which we bought the table. Then went through the store again and arrived at a sofa that we were looking forward to. Then went home and talked about it together. Immediately afterwards we drove back and bought the benches after being informed again by the seller (Rheyi) neatly, friendly, clearly.
