Beware of this company, and especially look for reviews on other sites, you will see that service does not exist at Filippo! We went here for a new bathroom. We immediately indicated that we needed everything urgently and therefore only wanted products that were in stock, this would not be a problem and after a good conversation in which we had selected everything, the items were ordered. Unfortunately, delivery was not immediately on time, so we had to start a week later. When a section was in and we picked it up we were asked if we wanted to pay for everything. This did not seem to be a problem, so we did this. Unfortunately this was a big mistake .. After they received the money, the service was completely gone. When we called they were talking, and if it was indicated whether we wanted to be called back, this was rarely done. The highlight was when tiling revealed that Filippo had supplied less than half of the tiles than we needed. When we called, the person who ordered them was not present, and someone else couldn't help us. Because we were tiling at that time, it had to be solved immediately, Filippo had no point in this. In the end we proposed to get tiles elsewhere with the request that they pay the expenses, this did not seem to be a problem at first, but after we made the costs, she said that they would not do this anyway. After much insistence, we eventually reimbursed part of the cost of the tiles they did not supply. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 2 months for this money ... We never step into this customer-unfriendly company again.

The first order is not properly taken. Then have to come back to order again. During that conversation I indicate very clearly when I need the tiles. And then delivery is not made at the agreed time. So I can adjust my schedule. Filippo company does not keep to agreements. Worthless company.
