Very nice and competent sales staff and very nice goods at acceptable prices. Unfortunately, the service stops after ordering delivery times are not adhered to, you wait in vain for a callback, and should your own persistence lead to a delivery! If the goods arrive totally damaged! Still not complete my order after 19 weeks! Conclusion for me; Here I would only buy goods that I can take with me.

On December 29th, 2019 I ordered a table, four chairs and a bench. I was given a delivery time of 10-12 weeks. Unfortunately I only received the furniture after 26 weeks. Corona certainly played a part in this, but unfortunately I have to say that the customer service was not at all satisfactory. I called several times and almost every day and asked about the current status of the delivery and was always told that they would call the factory or warehouse and I would be called back. Unfortunately, there was never a call back, so I had to call again the next day. However, the same statement came every time that you have to ask again in the factory. And so unfortunately it went on for 26 weeks. No proactive reports from Livinn Outlet NL. I had to call the boss first until I could be given a final delivery date. So super long waiting time, but the furniture is at least super nice and good value for money.

Very nice shop. Friendly staff and you are well served. Livinnhome24 and Livinn Zevenaar are shops where there is something for everyone!
