Always nice to browse there

After addressing the manager on a number of things that I believe this Raderwerk location can achieve better, I share my findings here. Customer focus. It strikes me that some of the staff have little or no command of the Dutch language. This phenomenon mainly happens at the checkout. Often someone is brought in who has mastered Dutch. It is also not taken care of after agreement about delivered products. So made a trip to Buitenpost for nothing to return empty-handed. Personnel attended by customers are also reprimanded. You don't do this "public square", but behind closed doors. I pointed this out to the sympathetic manager of these Raderwerk branches and checked them neatly. The above should certainly become a point for improvement and be tackled communicatively with quality standards. After all, it is a shop, with a goal to help people who have no opportunities in today's society, but still put the right people in their right place. Because not everyone can multitask. You really get the feeling that the participants who work here are out of place and you notice that in the general work attitude. Pay attention to this and take a different course, but don't stay focused north all the time. Hygenia. Also an improvement point was the hygenia of the toilets, these were regularly really dirty. This has been resolved after my opinion and it has become very clean. Customer service. Can I be short and powerful, that is good. The employees are nice and so are when you approach them. This is a point where customer focus has huge benefits. Quality is nice, quantity has to be worked on and that is too focus in this regard. Price-wise. Nothing to criticize, sometimes cheap sometimes expensive, that's how it should be ... Love to come into this store and hope that these improvement points are included.
