We found nice, good quality furnitures to our new house. Good customer service with the knowledge of products and giving different choices. Also was not too difficult to find mutual understanding about commercial terms...

Ordered a table in April, just arrived! After calling 6 times and emailing 8 times! And would still get 50 € voucher ..... not seen! Something is wrong with this company. Never buy from them again!

It's okay at the front. Nice shop, nice stuff, great help. But the whole after sales and service is tear-jerking bad. No communication, no updates about what we feel is a broken chair that has "been floating" there for 2 months. If there is already mail communication then it is all general text that does not refer to your problem at all. Delivery at the time also left much to be desired in terms of communication. They got me to the point that when I finally got my chair back, I NEVER buy anything again. I rarely post reviews like this, but if you get 10 x the chance to fix something and you don't take it up .. UPDATE 03.09: I will get my seat back TOMORROW. Six months later. Unbelieveable.
