January 2020 our beautiful new kitchen was installed. In fits and starts, though. Before purchasing the seller asked if a hob with recirculation did not cause a moisture problem. That would no longer be a problem with the latest generation of Bora hobs. From day 1, however, we can mop the floor after cooking and we have to remove all cupboards. Due to possible moisture damage, we no longer use the hob. Kitchen competitor has already been 4 times, Bora three times. For over a year now trying to get this resolved but unfortunately. All ventilation has been viewed and humidity measured. Contractor has been to measure. A lot is being promised and now we have been waiting for months for a leniency offer to install a drain to the outside. It is a pity that this has to be done and that we have not been able to use our kitchen for a year. Even worse that KeukenConcurrent is sending off its customers with empty promises .....

I paid extra to kitchen competitor for piping work and electricity, but this was not carried out properly. I had to install the wall socket of the refrigerator myself, which is also included in the price. She wanted to place construction WCD but I don't want that !!! The wall socket of the oven has not been placed and the kitchen will arrive tomorrow. They refuse to fear in the wall .. this is bad service and customer service is unreachable even after 1 hour of waiting still unreachable !!! I will never recommend a kitchen competitor !!!!
