Woonexpress Almere

Very pleasant and capable people. Woonexpress made a non-standard size table for us and found a solution for our demanding needs. I definitely recommend them!

Ordered curtains here in mid-October. These would be delivered within 3 weeks. After 4 weeks we called where they stayed: Response Woonexpress: "these will be delivered next week". The following week we called again where they stayed. Woonexpress response: "Something went wrong at the altelier, I will discuss it with my manager". Then we are not called back. Staff say things that do not seem to be correct and do not honor agreements. In addition, they will not keep you informed if the delivery date is not met. "Before the end of the year" is the last estimate we've gotten for what it's worth ... we'll see.

Been trying to get in touch by email for a month about an incomplete delivery. Too bad, from now on 1 email will check how long it will take every day.

Neat shop. Beautiful things. Too bad it really takes daaaaaGen before they finally respond to a question from your order. In any case, you can no longer cancel, they will achieve that. Too bad.

Great store with top service. We bought a corner sofa there and upon delivery it turned out to be the wrong color and no relax stand in it. Called service and returned to the store in the afternoon, we were treated well and even the seller still knew exactly when and what we ordered. Immediately they said, it is our fault (We have never seen this before at a furniture store) and a new sofa was immediately ordered for us !!!! We can just use the wrong bank for as long as it takes. As soon as the new sofa is delivered, they take the wrong one back with them. Top store with excellent service, I can't say anything else. Really recommended !!!!
