Kvik – Keuken, Badkamer & Garderobe - Almere

Excellent service, beautiful showroom and a large collection of beautiful kitchens with ditto equipment. We were well helped by Aren at the time and were able to choose a beautiful kitchen that fit within the budget and has now been serving faithfully for years. We still enjoy our Kvik kitchen every day and recommend them to everyone.

About 3 months ago I bought a kitchen from Kvik. This was placed in my home after 6 weeks. Apart from the fact that it is a beautiful kitchen, customer service is hard to find. The kitchen appeared to have been left dirty, when loading the cupboards a handle of my window was broken, the exhaust pipe for the extractor hood was missing and a handle of 1 of the kitchen cupboards was missing. Both my interior decorator and I phoned after this, and everyone responded indifferently. As for the broken lever, it was impossible to prove who did that, so nothing was done about it. I was told to leave it dirty. The lack of the drain pipe was because it was not included and that was my problem. Only the handle would be controlled. I have been waiting for that for 6 weeks now. There is clearly a lack of customer friendliness and I would not recommend this case to others.

In this case they clearly have a shortage of staff. Also the pre-assembly costs are 20 euros more expensive per cupboard compared to other locations. We have been told from the very beginning by the best man himself (owner) that they give fair prices, but the quote does not lie! A lot of hot air and with the same quotation we ended up more than 800 euros cheaper at another location. So be wise

Finally I could buy my kitchen that I had been looking forward to for so long. Kvik Almere was just 1 day open and I was immediately on the sidewalk at 10.00. Beautiful showroom and a warm welcome by the owner and his staff. First coffee and get started! I knew what I wanted just how? Because yes with 5m2 you can not do very much that is not true I found out. Through the professional puzzle of the owner, I am so happy with the result! Those who have placed it frank and danny are professionals who really know exactly how a kitchen should work and work very nicely. The owner has informed a few times if everything is to his liking and if he could do anything else. I can not say anything other than really sincere good service. My first real kitchen, which I am very proud of thanks to the help of kvik almere.
