Woonsquare

The initial contact was great, we got nice help choosing furniture for our house. The delivery was a bit late, we got our furniture after 13.5 weeks wait. I suspect it's due to corona related delays. Unfortunately while assembling the furniture we noticed that we were missing handles and screws. After contacting support, we now have to wait another 4-8 weeks to get them, so quite a long journey for us. We are happy with a furniture so far, at least with what we were able to assemble. It looks really nice and stylish. Assembly was a bit difficult, but we thought it was worth it. 4 stars because of the missing parts, otherwise happy we found Woonsquare. Customer service was great, just long wait.

Worst experience. Never ever do business with these guys. their best of the class couch, with top tier upholstery will stay as long as 8-10 months. Yes the best in class leather will rip off as the picture attached. I understand it can be manufacturing defect, but this is the 2nd case, with their Category-5 (top class) upholstery. Yes, this is within guarantee period. Woonsquare will drag the case so long that it goes out of guarantee and then they will say its beyond the guarantee + we don't sell this model now any more. Next to that you'll _not receive any email correspondence back. Their coffee is okey, incase you're wondering.

They make everything to sell. They lie to you to sell something. They said that our couch would take between 8 to 12 weeks to arrive, but after we signed they put it between 12 to 16 weeks. We are waiting for almost 16 weeks and nothing. Besides they never informed us you have to pay extra for delivery. They are not honest.
