After sales service is worthless. Purchased a very expensive table, after six months a sharp uneven crack in the wood (not being a seam) which does not match the appearance of the table. Had contact with customer service and the cracks are part of it, that is stated in a document because you only receive after delivery. Guaranteed to the door, very disappointed and keep disturbing me about the sharp, large unevenness in my table. Everything lingers behind it. Extra caps for under a chair that are broken within six months must also be purchased and cannot be sent free of charge as a service. And that for a dining room chair of 500 euros each. I am open to a solution and possible rectification of my review. You know where to find me. Update: After weeks of waiting, a service technician came by. Tabletop is taken along and treated again, because the crack was too sharp and large for what it should be. The only drawback is the weeks of waiting for collection and until it can be returned.

Aller eerst zijn we heel hartelijk ontvangen en kregen de vrijheid om de collectie meubelen te bekijken.We hebben mooie meubelen gezien. Bij onze vragen over meubelen kregen we een uitgebreid uitleg op een heel vriendelijke manier.Niets was te veel.Heel prettig.Succes verzekert.

Two weeks ago I ordered two salon tables online and opted for the deposit option. Neatly received an order location and an email to schedule a delivery time. I looked at the delivery times and wanted to wait a while to schedule because the options were just in the transition phase of my move. I wanted to have my move schedule concrete, so that I could confirm the correct delivery address. The first options were in the last week of December. Today I wanted to schedule the delivery time but that was not possible at all and I could not find the order when logging in. Just had contact by phone and was told I have to pay the amount in full before I can schedule the moment. And besides, I won't receive the tables until February. I really like the argument that I have to pay in full first. Why is this not clearly stated in the ordering process? Then why do you offer the option for down payment at all? And why was I able to schedule a date on the day of the order and now suddenly not? Why do I receive an email at all if it is not (yet) possible? And what really surprises me, why do I get the tables now in February when I did make a deposit? The online order flow does not match your policy and I am now the victim of that. By the way, I now also have to go to the store if I have to pay by credit card. My plan was to order more things, but this cut me off quite a bit.
