Recently my partner bought 2 lamps here online. The delivery time took days longer than indicated. After contacting the home furnishings store, it turned out that the lamps were sent to an incorrect home address. A system error appeared to be the cause of this. The owner then approached the residents of that address to ask if they wanted to send the lamps to our address. Fortunately we received the lamps about another 5 days later. Such an administration error can of course happen. And the lamps have arrived. Hence 3 stars. What in our eyes could have been more customer-focused ... after discovering its own fault, the store could itself have gone to the wrong address to pick up the lamps and then bring them to us. So we would have received the lamps faster. And you do not saddle the residents of the address where the lamps were sent by mistake with your own mistakes.
