The furniture ordered in September has never been delivered (was supposed to take 6 weeks). I always get only excuses (including coronavirus excuse - how original), and it's always only in cases when I call or email them myself. Still it's just a bunch of misinformation.They never call back even if promised. 4 months passed and I still don't have the furniture. The worst customer service I have received in years!
Nice meubel collection at reasonable cost. Worth a visit for sure.
Lots of choice, friendly and helpful advice
Ordered a dining table in early December 2020, would be in wk. 4 are delivered. No dining table yet in wk 7. We have now called three times, it would be sorted out but you will not be called back. Today finally a response by email. Due to corona it will be week 13/14 So that is more than 4 months waiting for your table ???? When we ordered the table, there was also corona !!!
Please avoid this shop. The following happened to me
1) Promised delivery time of 6 weeks. Turned 14 weeks. Without any form of communication.
2) I had to pay cash for delivery. 115 euros for a sofa, chairs on the ground floor? Website says 65 euros.
3) damage on all furniture. Shop.called that say go to the website. Never heard anything again.
4) promise to call you back (also other issues) but you already know. Never called back.
5) clap hands to the door.
6) then no compensation for all that I have suffered. Money is in and that's what it's all about.
Please all pay attention to people. There are plenty of other shops.
