Lots of promising sales pitches. Bought 2 beds here. Of which the mattress is too short for 1 bed. This would be delivered within a few weeks. Fine. After calling several times how long it will take, nothing has been delivered after 6 months. For the price you pay you expect a bit of service ....
We had our dream bed made at World of dreams, nothing is too crazy and it is all very professionally made. These people really know what they are talking about.
A point of improvement is responding to e-mail, this often goes wrong, but if you call them or drop by the store, you will be helped immediately.
The bed is brought to the bedroom AND mounted. The service is very, very good.
We are very satisfied.
Watch out, as soon as you have complaints about your box spring, they do not want to help you. What a bad buy it has been in this case!
