Very helpful and polite staff. I just needed a screw yet they helped me patiently to find one and when it was not found they ordered a new part for me. Definitely refreshing experience compared to other stores.

Completely irresponsible shop. We make an order for a kleding kast in September 2020...!!!! And supposed to be delivered on the shop after a month . At 28 of October . Now, not only it didn’t came , they didn’t even send an email to inform us . After communication with the costumer service they send that they call us to inform . That is a lie . They say that they have a problem with the stock and they will deliver by the end of December 2020 ..... !!!!! 4 months later ! Today we have 5 January 2021 and still they don’t have it and they say that it will be delivered end of February 2021 .... Rediculous things ! Ofcaurse we canceled the order and never again shopping from leen bakker . 👎🏻 Only good thing is the stuff if the shop . Very gentle and willing to help .

Extremely non-existent after sales service both in shop in stad and customer service number. Despite several complaints sent via their contact form, nobody has had the decency to contact me personally with the first complaint sent more than a month ago. I will not be buying from them again and they do not deserve 1 star. After 2 months with no relax stoel, I had to arrange for this pile of ' xxxx ' to be returned and received my money back. I then wrote a strong complaint letter to their MD at head office stating everything and assured them that I would never visit their store again. This letter from me was answered fairly quickly whereby I felt insulted by being offered €25 to spend in their shop!!!!!! People---beware !!

Not so easily reachable but does have a nice assortment and friendly staff.
