Ordered a table online 2 months ago with a delivery time of 1-2 months. Within a month it was there and I could pick it up in the store. Super friendly lady helped us there and now after 4 weeks I am still very satisfied with the table. Communication by email and phone was clear and correct. All in all, a nice experience.
Ordered a piece of furniture here for some time. On delivery it turned out that only half had been delivered. Haco will then not be heard from and will not respond to texts / emails.
Great shop with beautiful articles, but a lousy service with incapable staff.
Ordered chairs by telephone. When picked up, we saw a beautiful clock in the shop window and bought it immediately. Nice people who know their business .. top service .. beautiful shop and definitely worth a visit 🍀👍
We visited Haco Almere in early October. We had already determined which colors the walls would get. We already had an idea what kind of sofa and dining room chairs we wanted. The saleswoman Stephanie gave very good advice on color combinations. We looked closely at the colors of the wall that we already had. We therefore give a big 10 for the advice. Delivery time would be approximately 9 to 10 weeks. However, these already arrived in week 8. Also a big 10 for the deliverers. Neat guys and very correct. All the staff were very nice and helpful. In short, nothing but good about Haco Almere.
Today we picked up our dining room chairs at Haco in Almere.
Ordered in the webshop.
Very friendly staff who even helped remove the packing boxes so that everything fit in the car.
Beautiful shop with even nicer staff if possible.
