Dining table ordered from more than € 1,300. Table was delivered damaged. Customer service employees indicated based on photos that it is probably a production error and that they would contact the supplier and provide feedback within 3 days. We are now 2 weeks later, I have sent 3 reminders, but I don't get a response anymore. Bagger!

Recently ordered a side table of which the thread of one of the rods was broken. Finally received a new bar and it turned out that there was a large gap between the blade and frame. Got bad advice from Gewoonstijl that I had to bend the metal frame myself. They respond very slowly or not and say they are always busy. I returned the side table against shipping costs and sent an email and then did not receive any confirmation / response that the table had been received and that I would get my money back. But called again, they are of course busy and should pay back within 2 weeks as stated on the website, but that has not happened. After three weeks of calling again and emailing money still not refunded. It is not recommended to buy at Gewoonstijl because the quality of the products is poor and service even worse. I haven't seen such a bad internet shop many times before. I also wonder what they are so busy with, not with customer service in any case!

Was a great experience in itself until I returned my order. It was bought with AfterPay but Common Style does not seem to have processed the return at AfterPay at all. I have already received 3 payment reminders but no response from customer service. What now?

Wait 7 weeks for a cupboard instead of the indicated 3-5 working days. On the last day of the 7 weeks I received an email that the delivery was postponed for another 2 months. Cannot make arrangements, badly helped, no compensation from this shop. I don't recommend it.
