Rarely do I bother to post a bad review. On the other hand, I like to give good reviews. Because companies, entrepreneurs and people who earn that should know that they are doing well. I will make an exception for this Trekpleister. I would like to nominate them for the least customer-friendly company ever. There are plenty of examples of why: from hauling things in and blocking the paths half an hour before closing to sighing when you utter the phrase, “May I ask you a question?”. The staff are not so careful with the masks, but wow if you accidentally stand over the 1.5m line at the cash register. Then you can expect a good sneer. Oh and choosing a shampoo at your leisure is also not done. Because before you know it, you will be in the way if an employee wants to enter the store with a supply. And even then you can count on turning with eyes and sighing. Asking nicely if you can pass it is apparently no longer 'in'. Oh, and finally: smoking with a group of staff in front of your own door is sooo ordinary. Stand at the back of the building, ladies, that keeps the air fresh for your customers.
