They are allowed to improve their service towards the customer. Did you buy something in the promotion yesterday, do you want to exchange it today because it does not fit, this is not allowed without paying because the promotion is over .. Is ridiculous and that for such a large company.

Friendly staff. Was told at checkout that there was an offer (1 + 1 free), so I was able to get the second product.

Then you order photos on December 2 with the intention of having them on December 5, you will receive an email on December 7 with the text: 'Good news .., your order is ready! Your order number is ... and your customer number is ... Your order will be ready in the store no later than 4:00 PM. ' Then you go to the store in the afternoon on December 8, the photos are not there at all. The photos will not be sent until Saturday .. nice communication, chapeau! : /
