For the umpteenth time in this branch an unpleasant experience. My wife buys a cough drink. On the shelf is a price of 9.95, however, she calculates 15.95. She only comes home here. I went back with the voucher (without the product). Yes, the branch manager thinks nicely. I have to pick up the product at home. If that sad thing would just scan a product from it. Then we were done. But no he prefers to leave a customer for the store. A topper Mr. Gunpowder.

Kruitvat advertises with a sale discount of 30 to 50 percent. In this branch, however, there is a handwritten note stating that the discount only applies to registered cardholders. What is this for an idiotic action? A central attempt to push a customer card through the throat or an ill-conceived action by an individual mum?

Large assortment for a small price. The shops are very difficult to access with a stroller and the layout is not logical at all. The staff are often friendly and helpful. The promotions with the customer card are always useful.

Have a lot of stuff. Also nice offers. Usually a bit messy. In case of questions, staff do not always walk along to point out what is wanted. Usually it is pointed in the direction where the requested should lie.

Large assortment which unfortunately makes the store overcrowded. But that is the case at every Kruidvat branch.
