Great store, friendly and professional and patience staff. A lot of choice in window decorations and a good selection of fabrics.

After an email with our wishes, color samples were delivered to our home to make a good choice. The people who laid the floor are really professional people, so there is now an incredibly beautiful PVC floor. We are very happy with it.

What a nice and beautiful thing! Very friendly welcome and all the time was taken to choose our wallpaper. With a nice cup of coffee! Very fast delivery too. All in a must and I will definitely go back.

Now for the second time a bad experience with Huigen, unfortunately. Again, the delivery time of the curtains was much longer than was told at the time of purchase. It is said 4-6 weeks, but last time it took 11 weeks and now 9. You will also not be kept informed of the delay, you have to find out yourself. There was a problem with one of the curtains, which had to be returned to the studio. It was said that it would take a week, but it also took 2.5 weeks. Huigen live does not seem to care, because if I indicate that I am not happy with this, my complaint will simply be ignored and certainly not resolved. We will go elsewhere next time, we are done with this case.
