Nicely spoken to by advisor Aaron. My wife and I came to look for a new relax chair for myself. Upon arrival, we were already welcomed in a friendly manner and we were served a nice cup of coffee. You are asked questions to see which chair is best for my needs. After measuring in the chair, we arrived at a suitable chair that was made to my size. The consultant thought about everything without consciously raising the price.

Very good advice and received plenty of time to discuss our wishes and options, without being urged. And there is room to make your personal wishes possible. Very satisfied with our purchase of 2 relax armchairs from E-series and sofa T-501. We look forward to delivery!

The collection will be about the same everywhere, but one Prominent branch is clearly not the same as the other. After a downright bad experience at another branch in the region, we decided to give it a try at Prominent Alphen. It turned out to be a world of difference. Craftsmanship and customer-friendliness at its best. The employee first made himself fully aware of our wishes and then explained on the basis of that information what is possible with those wishes. Literally and figuratively tailor-made sales and service. We do not yet know how the chair will work. But if it is as good as this seller, then we will be in an excellent chair for years to come!
