De Kruidvat is a great shop if you need a cosmetic product for an acceptable price. The problem at Kruidvat, however, is that the shops are often carelessly furnished, there are always boxes in the way and the aisles are simply not neatly arranged. This is not only necessary in the Kruidvat of Nesselande, but in every Kruidvat you enter you experience the same problems. In the time of corona you actually expect a little more care in the store, especially if you have to think that sick people also come in here who buy some vitamin C pills.

Staff are not nice nor customer friendly. Today I had to buy a package that my six-year-old son had touched and that was what the lady sitting at the counter said. She literally says that your son has had in his hands and he is wet because my son had that in his mouth which was not the case I thought but she said you have to buy him And so bought reluctantly. Never experienced anything like this in my life.
