Up to now always properly helped and all my questions were answered nicely. It was also neatly sorted out whether or not I could use certain medicines because of an intolerance. No negative experiences so far.

Low stock, long wait for help is poor control of numbers.

Insanely badly helped, assistant played for neurologist on the spot. Got a cross-examination for the whole thing to enjoy, contradicted everything the neurologist had said to me 2 hours earlier, and to make matters worse, turned out to be completely wrong. This probably does not apply to all employees, but this is not how you want to be helped with the collection of new medicines.

Very neat pharmacy. Customer-friendly applies there. Sometimes a telephone question, is always handled properly. Not available by phone between 1230 and 1330
