Bought a garden set in the summer of 2019. Reasonable for the price, but we were helped well. Delivery took almost three months. We ended up wanting a smaller table and swapping ours and the small table went without a hitch. In October we decided to order a cover to protect the garden furniture in winter. after endless calls and emails we have heard that the cover will not be delivered until March. Isn't it good for us this winter? 6 months delivery time for the cover for a garden set is really not possible. We did get a 20% discount, that is. But that does not mean that I am a dissatisfied customer.

Bought a garden set with all weather cushions. The cushions are definitely not all weather. after a rain shower you can only sit down after 2 days. The cushions seem dry until you sit on them. In the meantime, the set has been expanded with garbage bags to sit on. For the winter I had to let the pillows dry for a week. When I wanted to put the cover on it turned out not to fit (long side supplied on the wrong side by them). I have now put the adapter on the other side so that it fits but I prefer the cover that I ordered. I am not allowed to exchange the cover from them because it is already on the set. Well ...... do I have to sit in the house with my "all weahter" "pillows for a week until they deliver a new cover after 3 weeks? Very bad service! Then you buy such an expensive set, the cushions are not all weather and are difficult to cover with a cover that they have delivered incorrectly.
