What service! Sandra helped us so well. She took her time, gave us advice, came up with solutions, is incredibly friendly, professional ... A real winner! We are very happy that she helped us and can't wait for our furniture! I recommend everyone to shop here for new furnishings or decor. Other staff (despite the masks) all radiated cheerfulness and were friendly and helpful. Super experience, thank you! 10/10!

Excellent help in the Pronto store in Gouda. They (Mirjam in our case) really took their time for us and we were helped expertly and friendly.
Very satisfied with the state of affairs so far. Our wish to keep the sofa in stock for a little longer was also fulfilled. No complain so far. Hope we would keep this when the sofa is delivered and during use over the years
Despite the fact that the saleswoman was relatively new, we are well informed about the extensive possibilities of the sofa that we had in mind. Very friendly and helpful.
