I've been to the store a few times now. They're very grumpy unfriendly people in that store.

If you ask for a solution to something, they ask what the article is called and what type it is.
This indicates that they are A technical.
They can only search for their article number.
You see, I am so right they do not take you seriously, so this review is appropriate. Grain of sand ha ha.
In the meantime contacted the seller and got a refund. Now neatly resolved, but conditions should be clear. Raised to three stars.
Received fluorescent lamp that does not work. Returning is not free of charge, shipping costs will be charged while they are almost the same as the cost of the lamp. Very customer unfriendly and possibly also contrary to the law.
The delivered product complies with the product shown on the website. The agreed delivery time (only 1 day) is met. Good product, excellent service and interesting prices.
