Very bad service and the products are different from what is shown on the website. I ordered yellow chairs and I received them in brown color. Then, instead of being professional and trying to make it easy for the return, as it's their mistake and mix up, not only do I have to spend time and effort to bring these big packages to be returned but they even charged me for the return costs. Ridiculous. I advise to choose another company.

It’s took 7 days to received a chairs, they are just perfect !!! Just the communication it’s difficult, they don’t pick up the phone but we’ll answering for a emails send via furniahuis website

Great company. I ordered a couch on tuesday and it was deliverd on thursday. The transportfirm delivered the couch inside the house. But they asked us first if they could bring it inside. The couch is great quality and has an amazing sleep function. We slept a while on it because our bed had a delay. Thankyou Furnihaus for your great service

Bad service, if you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone, it is already a very unmotivated person. I have not yet received my product after a month, I can imagine that something has been delayed, but it is nice to indicate this to the customer and not to have them called every time. I had also asked for a confirmation by e-mail, of course. If you would like to order something online, do not do that at furnihaus.nl they like it when you pay but do not do something for it
