Okay here is complex case. We have bought an Auping Superbox about 12 yeas ago. The matrasses that were on this Auping Superbox are not produced anymore. This is a pity since the matrasses and superbox itself have the same round forms and really belong together. Auping is offering now to renew the filling of the existing 12 year old matrasses, making them like new. And for a fair price. we are very happy with this solution, which is sustainable as well. Thank you
During the move to our new home we made the decision and decided to purchase a new Auping bed. We went to Auping Plaza in Baarn for this. We got fantastic help here by the salesperson we spoke to at the time and ordered a bed right away. After a few weeks the bed was finally delivered and then the problems started. During assembly it turned out that a part for securing the footboard was missing. This has also been included as a complaint via the delivery form and would be followed up. This was on September 16 and it is now October 7 at the time of writing. Contacted several times and each time we get apologies and the promise that it will be started immediately .. It is still not resolved and we have been here for almost a month with an incomplete bed. I did not expect this from a brand like Auping and we are very disappointed in the way things turned out. As long as everything goes well, you will probably walk smoothly through the process of a delivery, but if something goes wrong you just have to hope that it all ends well. Very unfortunate that problems are dealt with in this way.
