Made multiple mistakes 4 days without medication, wrong brand of medication, other people's medication in my locker. I will exchange my medicines on Monday.

It is understandable that you sometimes have to wait a long time, they are not sandwiches that you take off a shelf. Furthermore, very nice staff who always assist you with advice and advice.

Very poor service. Then you have registered for the medicine safe, you put 2 different repeat prescriptions in the mailbox and then there is only 1 of the 2 types of medication in the safe so that I can still go to the pharmacy tomorrow. This is already the 3rd time this has happened. Not just a phone call, not just a note with the medication that says why the other one is not included ... Nothing at all. So top that I again have to go to the pharmacy itself. Why is the safe there if you as a patient / customer apparently still have to go to the pharmacy itself? Does not seem to me that I am the only one.

Friendly staff, especially the only male staff member is extremely friendly ... Have been coming for years. And yes it can sometimes be busy, but yes that is when everyone thinks about going there at the same time. But that it is busy tells me that they also deliver quality and pay attention to customers with all their questions. Rather that than being seen as a number ...

I especially find that medimate handy. You no longer have to wait in line for your medication. Well centrally located in Zwolle South and easily accessible. They have a delivery service for clients who are less mobile. The only question is: why are the drugs still so expensive? Can't they be cheaper? For an aspirin you can also go to the nearby supermarket ...
