We are very satisfied with the quality of the interior of our new bathroom, but also with the service! Some tiles were broken and our tap was not the right one upon delivery, this was neatly resolved. So totally great! 👍🏻
I am very dissatisfied with the communication within this company. It is about different disks and departments. They do not know what is going on and they do not keep the promised solutions. How difficult it can be to quickly solve simple things. Wait 5 to 6 weeks for subsequent delivery of simple parts. Now I have a mixed bag in the bathroom, otherwise the mechanic would be unable to continue installing and the wash basin toilet cannot be used, perhaps never. Recommendation: never go there. Regret like hair on my head, way too much money for a service of nothing, I'm done with it.

Omg what a company, two years in a fight with these people (if you can call them that) to get them to fix the defects, but ho ho, mails are not answered and they laugh at you on the phone. Everything you tell them about the defects you get,
(after weeks of complaining, calling, emailing) an answer that this is due to incorrect use or maintenance, seriously ..? Sink is leaking, lamps at the mirror were rusting, spots were broken because extraction was connected incorrectly, stainless steel drain rust, faucet broke etc ... you name it.

Nice talk in the store but actually they are just nasty people ... my experience.
So I would say to me never again.
Now try to get our rights through the legal route.
