Shop wasn't open yet while we had an appointment. When we entered there was no employee available. We were asked to wait half an hour. 45 minutes later it was not yet our turn. Then we indicated that we were leaving because of another appointment and they responded as if they didn't care.

Beautiful kitchens for an affordable price

Called the customer service of the KeukenConcurrent if we were interested in an appointment to discuss the wishes of the new kitchen. The conversation would yield 3D drawings and a free quote. We were certainly interested in this. Made the appointment on a Saturday at 10:15 AM. We were then called around 9:30 am asking if the appointment could be moved to 12:00 due to many appointments and few staff. Not a problem for us. At 12:00 we arrive at the KeukenConcurrent. We are received with the announcement that we will be helped as soon as possible and that we can look around. After 10 minutes we saw the shop and sat down to wait. Then, after 45 minutes of waiting, we still had no help walking out the door because there was no prospect of being helped either. For such a large company that sells itself as "the best in the Netherlands" this is the worst service we have ever received. When we announced that we would look elsewhere because we really loved the 45 minute wait, the only thing the best man could mumble was "sorry" and "sorry".

Had made an appointment to design a kitchen, but that appointment was postponed slightly. No problem, we arrive at the store later, were received (with a cup of coffee), but then the timer started. After waiting 45 minutes without being helped, we decided to go to the other kitchen competitors, only not to the kitchen competitor anymore !!! therefore rather not a star.

Beautiful kitchen bought here, from start to finish everything is arranged by kitchen competitor without problems. I was a bit hesitant after seeing some bad reviews from years ago to buy the kitchen here. But after completing this process with the Spijkenisse team, in particular Gerben, I can only give my compliments. Just nice that when you make a large purchase, that there is really service provided, instead of always having to call after it.
