Beautiful shop and friendly employees. Recently bought a wall cupboard and adjusted the color according to my wishes. Also the TV furniture is made to measure, and with the same appearance as the wall cupboard. Thus it becomes one whole. I am very happy with it. The delivery time was earlier than planned, which is also a nice bonus.

After ordering our dining room chairs, we only read the bad reviews .. Fortunately, everything went well with us! We have ordered 4 beautiful dining room chairs made of eco leather from Rofra Spijkenisse .. actually the delivery time would take about 8 weeks, but after 6 weeks they could already be delivered! We are very happy with it! ;)

Dear rofra, we have been in contact since February about the stains on my seats for which I took out a very expensive insurance from you. (8 × 50 euros per seat = 400 euros (!!!!) Since February I have been asking you for the conditions of my insurance policy. But you dismiss the claim under vague arguments. I would like to receive the conditions of the stain insurance!

In November 2019, we bought chairs in Spijkenisse dining room from a friendly saleswoman that were delivered in January. Unfortunately all 6 legs were damaged. Today we received the replacement seats and again all seats were damaged. I have called, but they want to receive a form and no one can help. Have to take 2 times off and still no undamaged seats and no partial refund. Bad service after payment.
