Older woman with her hair up gave the impression that she was not very eager to help us, everything was too difficult. We bought a bed online, but still had doubts about the color. Such a bed is quite expensive and you want to be sure of the color. I have received an email that I should have a look in the store for the colors. I went to the store with the order number and when I asked she said if I was sure that the color I wanted could also be used on that particular bed? I don't know so I asked if she could have a look via order number. Yes, but then I have to look on the internet, puff and support, she didn't feel like it at all. I said late but do it yourself via the internet and walked out of the store. My friend paused for a while and she suddenly backed down. Suddenly she wanted to do everything. I understand because I see several negative reactions about her here. Swiss sense, maybe hire a bit more cheerful and motivated staff? I will never come to this store again. The ladies were too busy drinking coffee and chatting privately. The man standing outside with the masks and gel was also super nice.

Came for a box spring, and received good information. We also looked carefully at which one was suitable for us. So that was really nice.

Bad experience with Swiss sense! Ordered a box spring in January for week 41 and now it suddenly appears without notice that the box spring is on week 44. You are sent from pillar to post, no apologies and they don't call back after meeting. We now sleep comfortably on the floor in our new-build house, congratulations Swiss sense!

Today, June 12, 2020, Swiss Sense Spijkenisse went to buy a pillow. The lady dressed in black was talking to her colleague and when the conversation ended she asked if she could help us. We were looking for a pillow and expected some expert explanation. We were referred to the displays with different pillows. But what the differences were in terms of comfort or material is not explained. The saleswoman took another pillow as an example, but first had to finish a conversation with someone else. When asked if this was it, we were referred to yet another section in the case. There were several pillows on a bed and if I wanted to know which one is best, I had to try it on the spot because I couldn't exchange it, but I put a piece of paper on the pillow before I lay down on it! Then the saleswoman disappeared. I tried some pillows and chose a pillow that felt good to me, without any advice or explanation about material, use or ergonomics I bought the pillow and even the checkout went very distant, paid and went back out quickly. Selling a pillow is probably below the salesman's stand, but she has achieved with her customer unfriendly behavior that I will certainly not buy a Swiss Sense bed in Spijkenisse!

Good service and advice. Also with regard to the exchange of two mattresses for other ones within the warranty was not difficult and a good compromise was reached in terms of settlement of the matter.
