I am very satisfied with the G-tools products. I am also very pleased with the customer-friendliness of the staff, who know how to help you with great expertise.
Very bad communication and not very helpfull or friendly.
I had called the number from the webside. It says you can call if you have questions so i did. The man on the fone did not want to talk to me for no reason but he told me if i put everything in an email they would answer my questions. They never did only tolt me they cannot sell me the set. I sent again an email with my questions and still wait for answers in the momend. I like the what the people sell only i am scared to buy from this people becouse they dont seem to care to much.
extraction fan is very loud. Not whisper quiet, this is pure marketing lies. you can hear it through walls.
Very bad experience with G-tools, communication is on very low level, they give you fals information . After I get my order and realised it was different then it states on their website I contact them but nothing. Stay away from this seller very unreliable and just want to take your money.
Bought a gtools tube fan on another site. This turned out to be incorrect and the webshop in question did not respond to my emails. Gtools contacted themselves for questions about this, they immediately offered me that even though I had not bought the tube fan from them, they still went to help me. They have kept their word, so customer service and a best service still exist. Thank you gtools !!
